I am so happy for B of A and their $335M settlement they will have to pay out, and here as well. Any of you thinking of getting a home loan through B of A should think again. They are the absolute worst for closing on time with no problems.

Still fairly quiet in the real estate world.
Interest rates in case you are not paying attention are at very ridiculously low rates of 3.75% for a 30 year fixed and if you pay a point, you can get 3.50%. If that isn’t enough reason to get off the fence, then I don’t know what is. If any of you need to talk loans or mortgages, just drop me a line.
